Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace and Pro Bono

We advise clients in relation to issues pertaining to sexual harassment at workplace, including responsibilities of workplaces in maintaining safe and supportive environment. Our advocates are engaged as external members of Internal Complaints Committee to assist in conducting enquiry(ies) into complaints of sexual harassment at the workplace. We aim to enable organizations to be diverse and sensitized in being a safe and gender-neutral workplace.

  • Advising and drafting policies pertaining to PoSH and gender-neutral policies
  • Acting as external members in complaints filed under POSH, attending hearings, conducting enquiries and analyzing the Complaint and preparing report for the same
  • Advising on applicability of the statute and steps necessary for protection of all working with or in the organization
  • Advising on compliance pertaining to the PoSH Act, the rules framed thereunder, and guidelines and notifications issued by the state / central government and directions given by the Courts
  • Conducting PoSH training for employees and seminars for creating awareness and sensitization workshops for organisations to build safe, secure and conducive workplaces for employees
  • Conducting orientation programs for members of the IC
