- Advising and coordinating with the Interim Resolution Professional, Resolution Professional, on a day-to-day basis, with regard to the CIRP of the Corporate Debtor and advising the Interim Resolution Professional, Resolution Professional during the meeting of Committee of Creditors.
- Assisting in drafting of Progress Reports, Information Memorandum, Expression of Interest inviting Resolution Applicants, vetting of Resolution Plans during the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.
Liquidator
- Representing the Liquidator before the NCLT and other Courts.
- Drafting and filing of petition for dissolution of Corporate Debtor after liquidation and sale of the assets of the Corporate Debtor.
- Assisting in drafting of Progress Reports, e-auction process during the Liquidation Process.
- Advising and coordinating with the Liquidator, on a day-to-day basis, with regard to the Liquidation Process of the Corporate Debtor and advising the Liquidator during the meeting of Stakeholders Consultation Committee.
